Class Schedule

We have a selection of pay as you go classes that run every week in Saxmundham and Halesworth that suit all ages and abilities. No matter your age, experience or physical ability we have a class that will suit you.

STRONG by Zumba

St Johns Church hall 7:30 - 8:15pm

STRONG by Zumba is the newest addition to our services and it is proving to be extremely popular. It is the most demanding class we offer and whilst it is open to anyone it's best suited to those who are up for a challenge.

Zumba Gold

Saxmundham Market Hall 10:00am - 10:45am

Halesworth The Cut 11:30am - 12:15pm

Zumba Gold is a lower impact class ideal for absolute beginners, rehabilitation from opperations or injury and post pregnancy.


Zumba S.E.N.D​​

Saxmundham Fromus Center 2:30pm - 3:15pm

Zumba S.E.N.D (special educational needs and disabilities) Is a fun, inclusive class specially designed by us to be accessible for anyone and everyone and carers can join in for free!


Boot Camp

St Johns Church hall Saxmundham 8:15 - 9:00pm

This is our newest addition to the Iron Mighty arsenal, its a no-holds thrill ride for the soul!

It's suitable for anyone to join, you just need a strong sense of determination and be willing to push yourself!

We use a system that ensures everyone works at the appropriate intensity for their own personal fitness level meaning everyone gets the exact workout that they need.

At every session you will learn something new, this equips our Boot Campers with the knowledge to take control of their training and design their own effective workouts.

The most important thing about Boot Camp is that we are all friends, we have a good laugh at every session and the time flys by.
